Bringing Natura into Malaysia


Brazilian cosmetic brand, Natura, has finally opened its first outlet in Asia, choosing Malaysia as their first destination locating at Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya. The company which was founded in 1969 decided to enter the Asian beauty market after being driven by its core commitment to delivering positive impact across the globe, and the fulfilling the consumers demand for sustainable, high quality products that  across the region.

According to the head of Natura International, Daniel Silveira, the brand saw “great potential” in the market “with its millions of diverse consumers”.

Natura products will be available to customers in Malaysia through their established omnichannel strategy which comprises e-commerce, relationship selling and physical stores. The brand's portfolio compromises more than 300 brands which includes brands such as Ekos, Chronos, Lumina, Mamã e Bebê and Natura Homem.





The company which has more than 40 stores of its Natura brand in many countries around the world, had started its direct sale, channel that continues to be the core of its distribution strategy, and has been increasing its store presence during the last couple of years.

Natura also owns some well known brand which includes Australian skincare Aesop, The Body Shop, as well as Avon.
