Liga Malaysia berpotensi untuk dibatalkan?

Image
Meskipun tiada larangan di pihak AFC, badan induk bola sepak As...

Adakah Malaysia mampu memperoleh pingat emas pertama temasya Olimpik di Tokyo?

Image

Importance of Football Development

Image
Sports development program is a long-term project to produce young talents in sports that can possibly bring any country's name at world level tournaments especially in football. Many ways and ideas have been highlighted by stakeholders to create appropriate programs; this is coupled with the support from the government that inject funds to ensure that such development programs continue. The early history of national football development program started in 2010, shortly after Malaysia won the AFF Cup that year. The initial idea is to create a development program at that time, the idea came from Datuk Razali Ibrahim, the Minister of Youth and Sports at the time. Past executions such as MyKid Football Camp were made to identify young talents throughout the country by recruiting players as young as 11-years-old and forming a squad, this first batch was targeted to qualify for the Under-17 World Cup in 2019. The very first program was headed by Lim Kim Chon who acts as the tec...

Tokyo Fashion Week: Nothing can get in the way of Fashion

Image
Corona virus' pandemic has given a huge impact on this year's supposed upcoming Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo, having this year's show to be cancelled. This event is to looked forward to as it serves as Japan's biggest style showcase.  With growing concerns over the spread of the outbreak, organizers have seem to have found ways to work-around. Rather than having huge crowd of attendees into runway shows, they have opted to go online. Starting last March 16, the fall 2020 collections of the nation’s buzziest designers  had been livestreamed on the organization’s official website. The collections were presented without the usual lineup of editors, buyers, and influencers in the front row. The move makes sense given recommendations about self-quarantining  and  social distancing .  Buzzy brands like Hideaki Yoshihara and Yukiko Ode’s Hyke, modern kimono purveyor Jotaro Saito, and streetwear fave Shoop all presented their latest wares in exclusive ...

Music - The Dreamy 5-Member band from Taiwan

Image
Sunset Rollercoaster is an indie band from Taiwan that consists of 5 members Tseng Kuo-Hung (vocal / guitar), Chen Hung-Li (bass), Lo Tsun-Lung (drum), Wang Shao-Hsuan (keyboard), Huang Shih-Wei (drum pads / percussion) and Huang Hao-Ting (Saxophone). It is interesting how they have their own saxophone player, and to be honest, he kills it. The vibe and energy that they emit reminds of a distinct and dreamy sounds with their funky, 80’s inspired tunes. With their groovy synthesizers, sax and guitar solos, velvety vocals, and waves of assorted eras washing over each track Speaking from my personal experience, they create tracks that melt into a soothing feel, and it makes you feel something that is hard to describe but closely resembles nostalgia. One of their most famous album which is Jinji Kikko was inspired when they were into psychedelic soul music like Shuggie Otis and early Funkadelic.   Jinji Kikko was obviously very 80’s inspired with its ...
